SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Turnaround

All orders are processed, and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (excluding holidays).

Shipping Couriers

USPS- Orders may require a signature. You may opt to sign the package giving the delivery service permission to leave the package at your door.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided to you once your item(s) have shipped.

Shipping Rates

All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to the 48 continental United State will cost a flat rate of $12. Free shipping will only be applicable to orders shipped within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) which have met the minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping ($350).

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa will ship via USPS Priority mail at a flat rate of $25.

All international orders will be shipped USPS Priority Express at a flat rate of $65.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

All purchases are final (for hygienic reasons). No returns will be accepted.

Special Circumstances

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the seller (Napptural Tresses) ships the wrong item(s). Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned. All tags must be attached and un-tampered with. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase date; along with proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted unless all of the above requirements are met; NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only on items that were incorrectly shipped (seller error). Item(s) being returned must be in its original package, unopened, unaltered, and with original tags attached. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-21 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please contact your credit card issuer if a refund has not been applied to your account within the time frame stated.
